Conclusion
Nine months of data show Dubai’s property market cooling from its 2025 record pace without losing its pull: AED 574.12 billion in transactions and a strong off-plan pipeline, even as price growth eases after years of gains. With the final quarter ahead, the market rewards income-focused buyers more than the short-term traders of the peak years.
